SwimSafer Stage 4: Endurance, Skills, and Water Safety
Reaching SwimSafer Stage 4 is like stepping into the next chapter of a swimmer’s journey. After gaining comfort, technique, and confidence in the earlier stages (Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3), Stage 4 introduces endurance, stroke refinement, and advanced water survival skills. For many children, this is the point where swimming transitions from a simple activity to a life skill that prepares them for real-world aquatic environments.
